Hey Loverly Peacefuls! How are you? I'm Avishai and I can totally relate to your experiences. I'm no stranger to stress, trauma, toxic people, and not living the life I deserve.

You see, I'm a survivor of all kinds. I'm a domestic abuse survivor, sexual abuse survivor, cancer survivor, endometriosis survivor, burn survivor, and car accident survivor.

I've battled with a heavy drug addiction for many years and have been clean for 11 years now. In 2012, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education, teaching preK-12. I specialized in violin as I was a violinist.

In 2013, I found myself working at what I thought was my dream job teaching middle school strings. It turned out to be a nightmare and I was glad when I was fired due to an injury. Thankfully, justice was served in that situation for wrongfully firing me.

Like you, I was feeling lost, until I decided that I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle. I became a strict vegan for health reasons and in 2015, when my health took a turn for the worse due to pre-existing conditions, I went to become a Certified Raw Food Educator and Holistic Health Coach to see how to heal myself. I also wanted to help others in the process.

Once I became certified, I went on to help cancer patients, people in hospitals, and traveled, teaching people the benefits of essential oils. My health was still terrible, but I was passionate about health. From 2016 - 2020 I worked as a health coach off and on as I was getting my health together. I wanted to help people, but also needed to make a living so I could support myself and pay for my health. I was walking around undiagnosed with cancer, liver failure, kidney failure, and diabetes, It was confirmed last year that I indeed had cancer.

My passion for health never stopped me.

In fact, I took my sick time and launched several successful coaching programs. In 2020, I blew up on TikTok doing spiritual readings that pertained to holistic health. Many people found me and I built trust in them.

They enrolled in my Discover Your True Self Program, Life Coaching Program, Nutrition Coaching Program, Mentorship Program, Stress Free Me Membership, and more! In 2019, I figured why not launch an online course? It felt so redundant teaching my clients the same thing on every phone call for 60 minutes each person. Not only did this allow flexibility for my clients, but it allowed more time and freedom for me as well. I had to take a break and finish my healing process, which is what I promote with my clients. In order to be your best self, you have to put yourself first.

WEEK 1: Stress Explained

We're going to tackle stress head on and begin to identify the stressors in your life. In order to identify what the stressors are, you must first know what stress is. This way, you can clearly state what stress you are experiencing and what causes it. You will be given videos that walk you through this process and downloadable files that will guide you to get to the root of your current stressors. You will be given handouts as a visual and worksheets that ignite critical thinking so you can begin to solve your current stress-related problems.

WEEK 2: Different Types of Stress

All stress is not created equal and it is important for you to know what stress you are experiencing. There are SOOO many types of stress and they each need unique strategies to get rid of them. Knowing what stress you have will save your life and allow you to have a better quality of life. It's no secret that stress can in fact kill you and some stress is more dangerous than others. It's best we get to the root of those stressors and target it at the beginning so you can move forward in this program with ease.

WEEK 3: Nutrition Basics

Let's face it, Loverly Peaceful! You are what you eat and the food you eat affects how you think, feel, and act. There are foods that actually contribute to stress and we're going to go over those in fine detail. Oh yes you heard me correctly! I'm going to break this down for you, so when you go to eat it will be a no-brainer to stay far away from those foods as much as possible. We're also going to discuss what foods actually get rid of chronic stress and the impact they have on your overall health. I'll also share with you the best lifestyle diet that will have you become your healthiest self and the myths about other diets that are currently holding you back from achieving your health goals.

WEEK 4: Nutrition + Spirituality

Your spirit is such an important part of life because it guides us to make intuitive decisions that best support us in life. Spirit deciphers right from wrong, alerts us about people, places, and things. However, there are foods that can destroy this divine function of the Spirit and wreak havoc on your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Discover how to activate your Spirit and what foods deactivate it. Gain clarity as to where you are stuck in life and how to allow your Spirit to flow as it is supposed to. Spirit is all about freedom and there needs not be bodily restriction.

WEEK 5: Emotions + Sickness

Discover ways to resolve the traumas in your life so you can prevent sickness. Believe it or not, all sickness can be traced back to some emotional distress and chakra blockages in those areas. It's time to get to the root of those emotional blockages so you can be in the best health in your life. You will be shown various techniques that will aid you in getting to the root of stagnation in your life and physical ailments. Even if you aren't experiencing physical illness and/or pain these techniques that I'll be showing you in this course will prevent illness for years to come.

WEEK 6: Food Addiction

Food addiction is common, so don't feel alone here. Nothing is wrong with you, but it's crucial to pinpoint what is causing you to be addicted to food. It turns out there's a variety of reasons that can contribute to your addiction. Everyone's food addiction isn't the same, so I'll be using strategies that can be individualized for each person. These unique strategies will help you combat food addiction and get rid of it for good. You will no longer have to feel guilty for eating toxic foods or overeating due to some underlying reason ever again. The guilt and shame will have no place in your life and you'll be able to have a healthier relationship with food again.

WEEK 7: Exercise

A key component to your happiness and reducing stress is exercise. Exercise is important and should be incorporated into your daily life. In this program you will have access to fitness training and videos to go along with each movement. All movements are designed to bring the body into homeostasis, support the joints, release toxic waste, support the immune and lymphatic systems, while turning you into a fat burning machine. The goal is not for everyone to be as thin as a toothpick. The goal is up to you. While it is healthy to achieve optimal weight for health reasons, this does not have to be your goal. If your goal is to reshape your body and to feel more confident in your body then that's awesome as well!

WEEK 8: Self Love

It's your innate superpower to love yourself, but when the illusion that life happens to you instead of for you plagues your reality, it can be difficult to activate that self-love. You will discover how to love yourself on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual basis. It's a necessity to target those problematic areas in your life that give you the signal to have low self-esteem, low self-worth, feel guilty, or shame for loving yourself. We will uncover what is holding you back from loving yourself and breaking through those barriers, so loving yourself becomes easy.

WEEK 9: Time Management

It's an absolute pain to not feel accomplished, to procrastinate, and to feel like a failure. What causes you to feel this way? Poor time management! Do you know there are various reasons as to why time management is not a strong suit for a lot of people? It's deeper than being potentially lazy or irresponsible. We're actually going to delve deep into what's causing that feeling of laziness or procrastination. The mind, body, spirit, and soul techniques are going to create breakthroughs in how you manage your time. You will feel accomplished each day because I'm going to show you how to get things done efficiently and how to work according to your spiritual flow.

WEEK 10: Peace Creation

A life worth living is a life filled with peace and harmony. In order to build a peaceful, harmonious life, you have to know what brings you peace. Discover through these intuitive strategies what brings you peace. You will be given in -depth protocols that will allow you to strategically pinpoint what you need in your life to have peace. This is a pre-cursor to creating the life of your dreams. It's time to free yourself from the mindset that you came here to make ends meet and then die. You'll be empowered and given the confidence boost that will assure you that you have permission to do what you love in life without stress.

WEEK 11: Protecting Energy

Energy vampires are running a muck these days and it can be hard to detect who has bad energy. I'm sharing with you, through my intuitive abilities, how you can activate your own intuitive abilities to detect who needs to be in your energy and who you need to give the boot to. You will learn how to set boundaries with yourself and others to eliminate pushover and people pleaser syndrome. Theis syndrome will cause your energy to be drained and will impact your life in negative ways. You will be a shield against negativity. I will show you what items should be used to protect your energy and heal your chakras to align with strength from these lower vibrational entities.

WEEK 12: How To Manifest

Everyday we are manifesting our realities. The problem with that is, sometimes we're not satisfied with what we're manifesting and end up manifesting straight BS into our lives. I mean sometimes you're like, "What the f*ck was that?" Am I right?! It's a pain when you thought you manifested something you wanted, but instead got what you didn't want. You're signing up for the right program because the techniques that I'll breakdown for you will show you how to manifest EXACTLY what you want with ease and how to protect yourself from negative manifestations. We will be doing some visualization techniques and ancient techniques that will prevent any and all negativity from showing up in your life. You will be in full, total control of your life.

WEEK 13: How To Find Your Purpose

What is life without a purpose? It's unfulfilling and can have you feeling lost. I've been there as you've read in the above blurb about me, and let me tell you it's an awful feeling. You feel as if time is running out, your world is crashing down, your life is over, and then the depression hits. Living with a purpose brings you so much freedom and joy. The power to say no to what you hate and yes to what you love is your divine right. Doing what you love with a passion should fall in line with your navigation. As a Spiritual Medium and Holistic Health Coach, I have all-knowing tools that can help you locate what your divine gifts are and the divine purpose is here on this earth. I will also help you implement that purpose.

WEEK 14: Your Dream Job

Working at a job you hate was so many years ago. It's time to work a job of your dreams that won't seem like a job at all. Why? Because you'll love it so much. You will break through those limiting beliefs as to why you can't work your dream job and discover ways that you can do your dream job. It's time to make your dream a reality. Whether you work a full-time job and are looking to start your own business or you're unemployed and wanting to make a living, you can rest assured that you will have everything you need to be successful doing whatever job that is. I will be helping each of you on an individual basis in the program get your business off the ground and/or organize yourselves accordingly so you can make time to do what you love.

WEEK 15: Implementation

Fatih without work is dead and it takes three weeks to form a habit. It's time to put all of the things you learned into practice and incorporate them into your daily life. You need not be afraid as you've made it this far. You've overcome obstacles, you've busted through those limiting beliefs, you've made chronic stress your little b*tch, and NOW it's time for you to take control of your life. Listen, it's new. I get it, and I know this may sound cliche AF, but I believe in you! You can absolutely do this life the way that you'd always intended before toxicity, trauma, and negativity entered. You've got this! Go do it! Put your back into it! HAHA ;)

WEEK 16: The Whole You

You are whole now because you've casted all negativity out of your life. You're no longer in bondage to people, places, and things holding you back. You don't need to self-sabotage anymore and dim your lights so others can feel comfortable. Walk in your power and feel confident daily. Don't EVER be afraid to shine. This is the WHOLE YOU that the Creator and Spirit wanted you to be from the beginning of time. No one and nothing can stand in the way of that because you now know what it takes to keep the toxicity away from you at all times. Man are you a force to be reckoned with now? WHEW! :)

Why I created the Eat Stress Away Program...

Within 7 years, it has been a joy to work with clients all over the world and connect with wonderful people looking to upgrade their health on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level.

During that time, I noticed a variety of misinformation in regard to overall health. There were holistic health coaches advocating for animal flesh as the primary source of protein. Other coaches advocate for IIFYM (if it fits your macros). Then life coaches went into mainstream jargon. Therapists are into conventional medicine.

I saw how frustrating and confusing it was for potential clients to have a transformative experience that wouldn't cause a detriment to their health. Everything others were promoting was dangerous in the short term and for the long term health.

I got very pissed at the amount of misinformation swirling around and knew I had to do something about it. I discovered that many women that I worked with had gone through trauma, were through the roof stress, and wanted answers. They also wanted to eat healthily, but kept failing because of these fad diets.

I worked with these clients during my 1:1 private coaching sessions and noticed there was a specific method that I had repetitively taught each and every one of them. This was the Eat Stress Away Method.

Of course this method involved them changing their eating habits, but it went deeper. My clients saw how food improved their energy, got rid of their anxiety, made them feel better, and beyond, but I couldn't just stop there. Let's face it, nutrition is powerful, but when you are dealing with stress and traumatic experiences from childhood and/or adulthood it can be easy to slip into toxic habits.

It was because of this that I came up with other ways within the program to help my clients navigate daily stress so they can avoid chronic stress. Then we took it a step further and I used my very analytical Virgo Rising brain to intricately maneuver the parts in my clients' lives that were causing them to feel drained. Once we discovered what it was I used ancient spiritual modalities to help them with their healing process, helped them find what excited them in life, and they discovered their innate confidence.

Two years ago, I finally launched this program as I was on my very own healing journey. I found out I was recovering from cancer, had a failing kidney, and a bunch of other stuff wrong, so once I launched it I worked with my clients at the time and then took a break. Yes, the program is completely online to meet the needs of the students with busy schedules and the needs of myself, the coach. I have a full schedule and it's very difficult for me to coach everyone individually as I would in my private practice.

No, there are no live training videos. All videos are pre-recorded, which is a great option, because I know many of you have busy schedules and this will allow you flexibility.

No, it is a holistic health and life coaching program designed to help you transform yourself into the best version of you mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I find that when you focus solely on nutrition you are ignoring other aspects of your life.

Stressful situations can deter your nutritional efforts. For instance, when a stressful situation occurs you're more likely to binge eat due to stress.

No, you don't need to be vegan. While I HIGHLY recommend becoming vegan, I recognize that this is not the case for everyone who is enrolling in the program. Instead, I advocate for MOSTLY plant-based. My clients usually end up going vegan and loving it with no issue because of the delicious recipes they are provided within the program.

Is this program only for people who want to lose weight?

This program is NOT considered a weight-loss program, so you can join no matter what size you are. The goal is to help you get rid of chronic stress and avoid it in the long run through nutrition, lifestyle, and spirituality. You will have the tools you need to handle everyday life with ease.

How can I fit this program into my schedule?

The beauty of this program is that it is all online and it's at your own pace. You are able to access it when it is convenient for you. All you have to do is login to the program.

How much time do I need to commit to the program?
